All the staff members at this office were amazing. Dr.Vitale, front desk and nurses were friendly, in good spirits, sympathetic,polite and caring. The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process. The next day I got a follow-up call to make sure I was feeling well. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone that requires there services.

Had to take my mom in for port placement for cancer treatment. She was so nervous and upset going into this first step of treatment because it felt like the start of a very scary road. I had the most amazing experience at IGSS during my Fibroid Embolization procedure. I was recommended by Serena to see Dr. Vitale, and from the moment I walked into the office, I felt completely welcomed. Everyone greeted me with kindness. Dorothy such a sweetheart!!!! From the doctor to the nurses to the entire procedure team, I was treated like family. They took such great care of me, made sure I was comfortable, and even called me the next day to check in and make sure I was doing okay. I was extremely nervous at first, but they did everything possible to help me feel calm and supported. This was a tough decision for me, but the moment I stepped into their office, they made the entire process smooth. They explained everything from beginning to end, and on the day of the procedure, they continued to reassure me, answer all my questions, and ensure my comfort. It’s been two weeks now and I feel great. They still check up on me regularly, and I even have both the doctor’s and nurse’s phone numbers in case I need anything. I hesitated for a long time before doing this, but I am so grateful Serena referred me — and so grateful for the entire IGSS team. I’ve been telling everyone about this amazing experience. They are truly an exceptional team. I 100% recommend them to anyone considering this procedure. Thank you again!!
