Toufic Safa, MD, FACS is a vascular surgeon and Medical Director of American Access Care Physician, PLLC, in New York. He uses the most up-to-date, pain-free techniques to improve patients’ quality of life.

Dr. Safa earned his medical degree from American University of Beirut, Lebanon. He went on to complete his internship in vascular surgery at George Washington University Medical Center, followed by a residency at State University of New York in Stony Brook, New York. He completed his fellowship at North Shore University Hospital.

Toufic Safa, MD, FACS is a board-certified vascular surgeon and has co-authored and published multiple studies and articles. He has a fellowship in American College of Surgery and is a member of the New York Cardiovascular Society, American Society of Vascular Surgeons and Medical Society the State New York.

Michael E. Vitale, MD

Interventional Radiologist

Michael E. Vitale, MD is an interventional radiologist specializing in minimally invasive treatments for a broad range of vascular conditions. Dr. Vitale uses the most up-to-date, pain-free techniques to help patients improve their quality of life.

His clinical expertise includes the treatment of pain and bleeding caused by uterine fibroids using uterine fibroid embolization (UFE), as well as the treatment of hemorrhoids using hemorrhoid artery embolization (HAE). He also performs critical maintenance and management of vascular accesses for dialysis patients. Dr. Michael E. Vitale is board certified in diagnostic and interventional radiology. He performs procedures in New York at Image Guided Surgery Specialists in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Great Neck, as well as at American Access Care Physician, PLLC Great Neck, and Bronx.

Office Manager

Rosa Miranda has been in the medical field for over 25 years, with experience as a medical assistant and in healthcare administration. She has been the office manager for the past five years.
