As a healthcare worker (Nurse) I must say, this is the best medical team that treated me. Dr. Vitale is very caring for his patients and follows up himself right after your procedure. The Nurses, Serena, Jocelyn and Maria were so comforting and went the extra mile to make sure I was pain free and comfortable. Dorothy from my admin, was very warm and caring she made sure I had everything I needed pre and post procedure. Dr. Vitale conducted an UAE and it was the best decision I could make with the best team! I really appreciated the fact that I was informed by the team what I would be experiencing with this procedure, what to expect and was reassured that I would be getting the best care.

I was scheduled to do the UFE procedure. The staff was pleasant and cheerful considering my procedure was scheduled after Super Bowl Sunday. Clean facilities and I really enjoyed listening to DJ OSO City. Even though I was not able to dance I was able to move my big toe🤣💃🏽. After my procedure I felt like I had very bad cramps but it was tolerable once I followed the instructions of how to take my medications. Its now my second day and the pain is definitely much less than yesterday. I expected the worst but I am experiencing discomfort than what i expected. I already referred a friend her procedure is already scheduled.

Dr. Michael Vitale and his staff are exceptional. I was referred to this practice due to the fact that I had a compression fracture of my spine. I was able to get a appointment in a timely fashion thanks to Dorothy. A kypoplasty was recommended and the procedure was done in the office. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and the Procedure room were wonderful. I would highly recommend this practice and the ease of having this done there rather than the hospital.
