My Mother has had two successful (2) catheter replacements at this facility. We found the entire Staff and Medical Professionals to be attentive and sensitive to patient concerns and needs. Likewise, the facility was visibly clean, and the care given to patients post procedure, exceptional. Additionally, I observed them interacting with their patients, and they knew each. It was quite remarkable and refreshing to witness.

A few days ago I took my father in law to American Access for the first time, the staff was extremely friendly especially Evette (Front desk staff) , she made the visit very seamless. But the thing that topped the whole experience was the nurses and doctors, they were attentive, caring and patient. The post operative care also put me at ease, his vitals were checked multiple times to ensure that there were no issues, after a couple of mins he was offered a meal. He felt safe, comfortable and seen. And I feel content knowing he’s in good hands.
