My brother had a shunt inserted at Wake med in Raleigh NC about a year ago. It takes a few months before it can actually be used for dialysis. Once it was ready for use every time he went for dialysis it clotted off. When we tried contacting the surgery center it was always a delima. We couldn’t get anyone on the phone and always had to leave messages. Understand this was an emergency because with no access there was no dialysis. They would call back days later wanting to schedule an appointment the following week. In the meantime no dialysis. In comes Triangular Vascular and Dr Pechter and his great staff. From the front desk to the back of the building everyone is absolutely wonderful. The dialysis center contacted this facility for us. We are from Goldsboro and had no familiarity. Triangular Vascular was able to get us in the very same day. When we got there everyone in the building were super polite and had caring attitudes. They speak when passing and give a polite smile. They have been doing preventive follow up appointments to stay on top of any possible issues. Since we’ve been coming my brother has had no problems with his access including no clots. This is a great place and I highly highly recommend them. Dr Pechter even took the time to come and introduce himself to me. As a family member that goes a long way. Cudos to Dr. Pechter and the whole entire staff. You guys are NUMBER ONE!!!

Check in was very prompt and receptionist very cordial! The facility is spotless and very well maintained. Trina, our nurse, was so kind and Jesmine was very detailed and thorough with my 93 year old mother. Ihighly recommmend this business!
