Rudy personality over the phone is the reason why I chose this facility. Please keep him because he is a bright light to some of us who are experiencing difficult times. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Edit:: Also Erica in the back office was so helpful and kind. As of 1/29/26 I reached out to the facility twice to inform them that I was in pain. The day after my procedure on 1/24/26 and no one called back. I called on 1/27/26 I was transferred to the back the person who answered knew nothing about me nor my procedure and it frustrated me. I was reaching out because I was still in some pain. I was placed on hold to where I had to hang up because I had another doctor calling me yet no one called me back. On 1/28/26 I received a call but I couldn't answer because I'm staying up late night can't sleep because of the pain. The point of Editing this post is because I had been explaining that I've been in pain since Saturday January 24th 2026 and no one has yet to call in a prescription to my pharmacy. Yes they were nice and so polite when I arrive there now I feel like I don't even exist to them. From a 4-star ⭐⭐⭐⭐to a 1-star ⭐
