Dr. DeLaura earned his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital and a vascular interventional radiology fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Mark Song, MD

Vascular Surgeon

Mark Song, MD is a board certified vascular surgeon with more than 20 years expertise specializing in minimally invasive dialysis access maintenance procedures including arteriovenous fistula and graft examination for endovascular intervention, as well as catheter placement and management for hemodialysis patients.

Dr. Song earned his medical doctorate from State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center Brooklyn, New York where he also completed his residency and fellowship in vascular surgery. He is active in vascular surgery professional associations including serving as Secretary and President Elect New York Society for Vascular Surgery and is a member of the Board of Directors at Brooklyn and Long Island Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Song has contributed to research and published extensively in professional journals including The FASEB Journal, American Journal of Cardiology and the Journal of the Society for Vascular Medicine and Biology, among others. Mark Song, MD is board certified by the American Board of Surgery-General Surgery and Vascular Surgery and the National Medical Board of Examiners.

Walead Latif, DO

Interventional Nephrologist

Walead Latif, DO is an interventional nephrologist specializing in dialysis access management. Dr. Latif provides critical maintenance and management of vascular access for dialysis patients. He treats patients at Azura Vascular Care Union, in Union, New Jersey.

A New Jersey native, Dr. Latif earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and graduated with honors from University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey Osteopathic School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency and a nephrology fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.

Dr. Latif plays an active role in bringing awareness to the dialysis patient community through educational lectures.

Frank Tarantini, MD

Vascular Surgeon

Frank Tarantini, MD, FACS is a vascular surgeon with particular expertise in the treatment of peripheral artery disease (PAD) and AV fistula creation. Additionally, he is known for being at the forefront of various treatment modalities including radiofrequency ablation, laser vein closure, sclerotherapy injections, and peripheral arterial angioplasty and stenting.

After graduating from Manhattan College, Dr. Tarantini earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in Brooklyn, where he also completed his residency in surgery and a vascular and endovascular fellowship.

Dr. Tarantini is a member of the American Medical Society, the New York State Medical Society, the Richmond County Medical Society, and the New York Society for Vascular Surgery. Frank Tarantini, MD, FACS is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has published several clinical papers.
