Nathan Saucier, MD
Interventional Nephrologist
Medical Director
Nathan Saucier, MD is an interventional nephrologist specializing in all aspects of dialys access management. He performs a broad scope of minimally invasive procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, thrombectomy, and more at Eastern North Carolina Surgery Center in Greenville, North Carolina.
After graduating magna cum laude from Virginia Tech, Dr. Saucier earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed an internal medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, followed by a nephrology fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Saucier is a member of the American Society of Nephrology and the American Societ of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. He is also the co-author of numerous publications and presentations.
Dr. Saucier is board-certified in internal medicine and nephrology. Nathan Saucier, MD is also certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology in hemodialysis vascular access procedures.

Richard D. Blair, MD
Interventional Nephrologist
Richard D. Blair, MD is an interventional nephrologist specializing in dialysis access management. He performs minimally invasive procedures to treat dysfunctional vascular accesses. Dr. Blair provides critical care and maintenance to those with a dialysis access at Eastern North Carolina Surgery Center in Greenville, North Carolina.
Dr. Blair is a graduate of Harvard Medical School. After earning his medical degree, he completed a general surgery internship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, followed by an internal medicine residency at Saint Francis Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he served as Chief Resident. Brent J.
