Dietrich Schultze, MD
Interventional Radiologist
Medical Director
Dietrich Schultze, MD is an interventional radiologist with more than 20 years of experience specializing in patient treatment using minimally invasive image-guided techniques. He provides care for a variety of vascular conditions, including peripheral artery disease, varicose veins, uterine fibroids, hemorrhoids, and varicoceles, as well as dialysis access management.
Dr. Schultze earned his medical degree from Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He went on to complete his residency in radiology at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont followed by a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont.
Dr. Schultze is board certified in diagnostic radiology, as well as vascular and interventional radiology. Dr. Schultze has held academic appointments including Assistant Professor of Radiology. Dietrich Schultze, MD is a member of the American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiologic Society of North America, and the Society of Interventional Radiology.

Mark Song, MD
Vascular Surgeon
Mark Song, MD is a vascular surgeon with more than 20 years of expertise specializing in minimally invasive dialysis access maintenance procedures. These include arteriovenous fistula and graft examination for endovascular intervention, as well as catheter placement and management for hemodialysis patients.
Dr. Song earned his medical doctorate from State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center Brooklyn, New York where he also completed his residency and fellowship in vascular surgery. He is active in vascular surgery professional associations including serving as Secretary and President Elect New York Society for Vascular Surgery and is a member of the Board of Directors at Brooklyn and Long Island Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Song has contributed to research and published extensively in professional journals including The FASEB Journal, American Journal of Cardiology and the Journal of the Society for Vascular Medicine and Biology, among others. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery-General Surgery and Vascular Surgery and the National Medical Board of Examiners.
