Kamran Karimi, MD

Kamran Karimi, MD is an interventional nephrologist specializing in dialysis access management. He performs the latest in minimally invasive treatments and provides a broad range of services for dialysis access management patients including fistula salvage, angioplasty, thrombectomy, stenting and more.

Dr. Karimi earned his medical degree from Tehran Azad University in Tehran, Iran and completed his internal medicine residency at NYU Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he was named intern of the year for three consecutive years. He completed his nephrology fellowship at Stoneybrook University Hospital, where he was chief fellow, and also Vice President of the Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC).

Dr. Karimi is a member of the Medical Council of Iran, and both the Iranian American Medical Association and the American Medical Association as well as the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology.

Steven Posner, MD, FACS, RVT is a board-certified vascular surgeon specializing in the creation and maintenance of hemodialysis accesses and the minimally invasive treatment of peripheral artery disease in the outpatient setting. He utilizes noninvasive imaging and minimally invasive interventional techniques for the treatment of vascular disease.

Dr. Posner served as the Chief of Surgery from 2011 to 2015, was the medical director for Vascular and Endovascular service from 2003 to 2023 and is a member of the community board and currently Chief of Staff Elect at Anaheim Regional Medical Center. After receiving a bachelor’s degree with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley, Dr. Neymark earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of California, San Francisco, followed by a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the University of California, Davis.

Dr. Neymark is fluent in both English and Russian. Edward Neymark, MD has co-authored numerous original publications and is also a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology.
