Anthony D. Becker, MD
Interventional Radiologist
Medical Director
Anthony D. Becker, MD is a board-certified interventional radiologist specializing in minimally invasive treatments for a broad range of vascular conditions. He performs critical maintenance and management of vascular access for dialysis patients, as well as peripheral arterial disease (PAD) treatments, and varicose vein treatments.
Dr. Becker earned his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in Tel Aviv, Israel. He went on to complete his internship in internal medicine at UCLA School of Medicine Veterans Hospital in West Los Angeles, California, and two residencies in radiology, one at State University of New York at Brooklyn and the other at the University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. He then completed his fellowship in interventional radiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, New York.
Anthony D. Becker, MD has other certifications including vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, and peritoneal dialysis catheter intervention.

Mohammad Raffat Jaber, MD
Vascular Surgeon
Mohammad Raffat Jaber, MD is board-certified in internal medicine and vascular surgery. He completed his internal medicine and general surgery residencies at Loma Linda University Medical Center. He then completed his Postdoctoral research in surgical oncology and gene therapy at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
Dr. Jaber went on to complete two fellowships, the first in vascular and endovascular surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance followed by a fellowship in advanced endovascular surgery at the Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix.
Mohammad Raffat Jaber, MD frequently speaks at local events, raising awareness about vascular health and the importance of early detection and intervention.

Dipak J. Ranparia, MD
Interventional Radiologist
Dipak J. Ranparia, MD is an interventional radiologist specializing in dialysis access management with a focus on percutaneous arterio-venous fistula (AVF) creation and percutaneous peritoneal dialysis catheter placement.
Dr. Ranparia earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He performed four years of urology residency, followed by four years of radiology residency. He completed his training with a Fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Yale University in 2001.
Dr. Ranparia served as Chief of Interventional Radiology at a large 550 bed hospital in Nashville, TN for 11 years, where he performed an array of interventional radiology procedures. He then served as Chief of Interventional Radiology at the Los Angeles Vascular Center in Inglewood, CA.
Dipak J. Ranparia, MD enjoys hiking, travel, and fitness.

Mark Archie, MD, RPVI
Vascular Surgeon
Mark Archie, MD, RPVI is a board-certified vascular and endovascular surgeon. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics at UCLA, followed by a post-baccalaureate program and Doctor of Medicine at Meharry Medical College.
Dr. Archie’s specialized training includes dialysis access optimization, complex vascular interventions, and perioperative surgical care.
Mark Archie, MD, RPVI is an active researcher and principal investigator in clinical trials, where he focuses on improving vascular surgery patient outcomes.

Meena Archie, MD
Vascular Surgeon
Meena Archie, MD is a board-certified vascular surgeon specializing in advanced vascular and endovascular procedures. He completed his medical training at UCLA, earning his Doctor of Medicine from the David Geffen School of Medicine.
Dr. Archie’s specialized training includes advanced techniques in dialysis access, complex peripheral interventions, carotid stenting, thoracic outlet surgery, and endovascular aneurysm repair. He is also certified in hyperbaric oxygen therapy and fluoroscopy.
Dr. Archie has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals. Meena Archie, MD leads multiple clinical trials focused on vascular care advancements.

Nina Bowens, MD
Vascular Surgeon
Nina Bowens, MD is a board-certified vascular and endovascular surgeon. She earned her medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College and completed her general surgery residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a vascular and endovascular surgery fellowship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
Nina Bowens, MD is actively involved in research, clinical education, and innovation in vascular surgery, with numerous publications and presentations to her name.
