My Fresenius renal nurse realizing I possibly had a issue with my graft, instructed me to Azura for further examination. The renal nurse observation was correct, as the graft had a narrowing. The Azura staff and physician, were absolutely the best. The procedure explained to me in terms that were easy to understand. As well as the procedure was performed that very day. Due to the importance of remaining on dialysis. The entire staff were caring, efficient, never hurried me, and made sure I was comfortable. Upon, the conclusion of the procedure, my wife joined me in the recovery area. The nurse gave my wife a description of the procedure and the 'why' for the procedure. Whereupon, the physician went into greater detail. Going so far as drawing parallel lines on each side of my graft. In order my wife feel more confident and successful locating the graft for the cannulation, correlated to her traning for my eventuall home dialysis. The entire experience with Azura is very positive. I and my wife left feeling very assured and more comfortable with cannulation. The entire experience, is a 10 out of 10! We have already shared with family and friends our favorable experience with Azura.
